Project Description
When a tsunami wipes out a small fishing village in Bengal, two sisters, Amara, 13, and Jaya, 11, are sent to live with an affluent African American couple in the US. The girls must adjust to a new way of life but Amara grapples with a dark secret that she is determined to keep hidden.
